We perform concerts three or four times a year covering seasonal music at Christmas time, a major work at Easter and a “fun” concert in the summer.

In recent years we have performed works by Bach, Britten, Bruckner, Duruflé, Purcell, Stanford and Herbert Howells. On the lighter side, our summer concerts of music from the movies have included songs from many well known films, including Mama Mia, West Side Story and the James Bond series. Songs from the shows have included those from The Lion King, Les Miserables, South Pacific and Grease. We have put on concert performances of Wind in the Willows, from the book by Kenneth Grahame, and Trial by Jury by Gilbert and Sullivan. We have active male and female barbershop groups which perform at our concerts and on other occasions.

We have sung at many weddings and are happy to provide either support for congregational hymn singing or an anthem or both. If you have a wedding or an event planned which would benefit from the presence of a chamber choir, please do Contact Us.
